I don't see why it wouldn't be possible.. especially if you're in London. All you need is a willing partner and a minicab in the early hours of the morning. Not black cabs though, I don't think they go so fast.

Well, have been involved several times, best one was when was weekend EMT, my buddy's girl was in another town near where we dropped off a patient at hospital, was 40 mile ride back to home base, I was driving they got it on on the stretcher behind me at 75 mph, what a turn on!
