I would suggest either getting yourself arrested or going to a woman's abuse shelter personally. If you think prison would be worse than the marriage perhaps you need to reconsider your options and evaluate the situation again. You could always end up in a worse relationship.

I know a lot of guys that would love to reside at a women's shelter. They would relish all those victims that need to be saved.
