You say that a master contacted you from seattle and you live in florida. Perhaps i missed something...but do you know this person?
I only ask this because in my opinion, doing somethign permanent as that based on someone's preferences (someone that you dont know well or does not own you) just....doesnt make sense to me.
Maybe i'm just not understanding the whole deal, but i'm coming from the side of "if we dont have a connection of sorts (relationshp or interest) then i'm not doing it just because they say so".

hi, no i only met this person on the internet. which sounds crazy, but i really need tats, a permanent way to show my submissivemess. even a stranger inking me would mean alot to me as wanting to be a slave.

Geting a tattoo as PART of a relationship, to show your devotion to your owner is a pretty popular fetish and interest. I dont see letting a stranger ink you as being particularly submissive. It doesnt say anything to me of your interest in submission but it does sound like desperation. You are so desperate to involve yourself in a submissive act that this will do.
Both of my boys and I have discussed the possibility of tattoos. Each of them have names from me, and they have both talked about getting their names, in kanji, tattood for me.
Consider this, this Master who is putting his mark on you by proxy... how will that impact your potential for a realtime owner at some other point in time? If you meet someone else interested in you, how are you going to explain allowing someone you never met to put their mark on you? Giving that sort of control to someone you dont know might be a turn off for a real life owner, is the ink worth it? Or, you being permanently marked by another Dominant might turn off others that come after. I know I have had isues with other boys in my past whose former owners had tattood names on them and then released them. That is such a permanent thing, its something that should not be entered into lightly. Piercing is one thing, if you dont like it, or if another owner doesnt like it they can come out easily. Tatts are very different.

Just some food for thought.

If he's just paying for you to have a generic tat put on (one you picked out), then it's a mutually beneficial relationship and I don't see a problem. And if you really want to let someone who lives across the country that you've never met put his name/whatever on you, that's really up to you... but I'd say it sounds a little pathetic, to me, at least.
