I read somewhere that on examining a body from a person who has died from cancer, liver fluke is always present.
Also, I believe everyone despite their health is a possible cancer patient, the cells going malignant is dependant on an external factor and it is that factor that has to be discovered.
One of my relatives suffered 20 years of cancer, she made sure all her water was filtered, she knew where her food came from and adopted a spiritual lifestyle, she was cured of cancer, but died of old age.
