Hi all,

Not sure what to say here or what is the actual purpose of this forum.

I am an American businessman living and working in mainland China. I have a good job and am quite happy, but because I don't speak Chinese very well and live in a tier-2 city, it can be hard to meet interesting people. In some ways China is still very conservative.

I've not been in the lifestyle for all that long actively, though it's been something I thought about consistently for many years., I'm still exploring my interesests and desires, but I will say that I have become much more comfortable in the past year being honest with myself and my partner about my desires. At first it was difficult to trust someone and understand that she truly needsto be dominated and/or feel pain. I am happy to give someone what she needs, as long as it is healthy and positive from a holistic perspective. I am very respectful and think it's important to discuss things beforehand, but am very comfortable holding and using power.
