explorer19 -> New to it all (4/24/2008 1:20:36 AM)

Hello everyone, let me start off by saying that this is a completely new venture for me. Never did I even think that I would be interested in any of this, needless to say I am now. An ex convinced me to let her restrain me and now I want to really explore. So if anyone has any advice as to where to start I am ready to learn. Hoping to have photo up soon, would already but having technical difficulties.

Welcome!  :)

Just curious.  Is it the way your treated you that you're trying to recreate, or is it your ex?

Go into Google -- search for --  BDSM organization and Florida
                                       or --  BDSM club and Jacksonville, Florida
                                       or -- BDSM and munch and Jacksonville, Florida

Have Y/you done substantial research -- there is a lot of good information to be found.

Buy a copy of SM 101 by Jay Wiseman ... it is a good investment and He is a very knowledgable and respected Dominant.

John Warren is respected authority about the Lifestyle also. He has written books about the Lifestyle. His ID is JohnWarren on CollarMe and He welcomes inquiries.

Some of the postings of adomdoc and ClitCutter are good in relation to considerations about participating in the Lifestyle -- considerations of responsibility and health and medical issues.

It was the way that everything got more exciting when I wasn't able to move that has me searching for that feeling again. I thought about that before I created an account on here and the last person I want to fool is myself.

I am also new to bdsm.  I've actualy been interested for many years but so far it has been pretty much all theoretical.  Mostly I just have never had a safe partner who was interested in helping me explore it.

welcome to collarme, hope you enjoy your time here....and find the one who will make all of your fantasies come true.

Everything is completely different when your bound, and out of control....in so many ways it is a great feeling, one in which i hope you get to feel more of soon....

Hey, explorer19!  My advice is to read everything you can get your hands on.  The books mentioned are a good place to start as well as "Different Loving" by Gloria Brame.  You can also peruse the forums.  Have fun exploring!
