It's about damn time someone said it. I'll add this....Earth Day is planetcentric. What about Mars Day? What about Neptune Day? Hell, let's not forget about the little fellows that have been shunned by the planetary supremacists. Poor old Pluto has been relegated to second class status. She has been called a non-planet by these bigoted assholes. The goose stepping planet Nazis have told one of our previous planets that it was now a sub-planet. Have they no shame? When the fuck are we going to have a Pluto Day? Well until we do, I will be burning tires and throwing my trash into nearby lakes. Maybe Earth will get the message and step in against these planetary bigots. I shouldn't have to put in a disclaimer...but I will. I AM FUCKING JOKING

People LOVE to cut down trees. Whats more is- when a tree is cut down, everyone on the block watches like it is a miracle. Yet- people wont buy a house that has no landscape. Severely pruning trees is better then cutting them down. The only time, [1 of them] a tree should be slaughterred is when it is wrecking the foundation of the house. Am I a tree hugger? I dont know. Send in a logger- Im in a mood to hug. glunk

An ostrich would say there is no problem with the environment. Don't spend too much time mourning for the earth. The earth will be fine. Like George Carlin said a long time ago, she'll shake us off like a bad case of fleas and go about her merry way when the lot of us is gone.
