Humm, must be nice to be one of the "wealthy".

In my area gas prices are heading towards $4.00 a gallon!

Soon, maybe only the wealthy will be driving.

If I had their money, I would not want it other than to change what they do with it like helping others and developing alternative measures for these high gas prices which are killing us.
I have never been rich. I was comfortable. I have always thought that my generation will see a time when we have nothing. We will not have any electricity, gas, food, and other basic necessities. Where did I come up with that? It is just something I have always felt by watching money and resourches windle away by people mentioned in the OP.

All too true, Level. There is a quote that goes, "Nowadays people can be divided into 3 groups, the haves, the have nots and the have-not-paid-for-what-they-have." (I cannot remember the source.)
But as we see with the mortgage crises, not paying for what you have will eventually come back in the end.

Its always a great time to be rich because the government is always on your side. Hell, the government will even piss on the poor for you and not only that, they'll lick the mess up too so you won't have to walk through it.
