Status: offline 		I can't even begin to imagine what you were feeling during that time or how you feel now as you begin to digest the entire episode...  You must be so incredibly thankful that everything turned out allright, and so incredibly fucking furious at the amount of time you were made to wait for care...

Status: offline 		What wonderful news that he is recovering so well.  I know all your adrenaline is probably crashing now, but please try to stay focused on keeping your thoughts positive and on his healing.  I swear it helps in overall healing.

Status: offline 		   As of this morning, he's doing much better. He's out of CCU and in a reguler room. He's walking a bit. His white count is still a bit high and he has a bit of a fever, so more tests will be done to find out what the problem is. But I'm happy to say that the danger appears to be over.  
  I want to thank all of you who sent well wishes to My little girl. It means a great deal to her. I've never been a parent and don't know the feeling of seeing your child in pain, so those of you who sent well wishes and experiences to her...It hepled a lot. Thank you all so much.
  She has shown a strength through this that even I didn't know she had. But then, the "maternal instinct" is the strongest force in nature. In the grand scheme of things, it seems so small to say at this time how proud I am of her, but I really am. She's held herself together incredibly. Now that the danger appears to be over, it's almost time for her to let it all go and let Me take care of her. She's a really amazing woman and I love her very deeply.
  Thank you all again. We'll keep you posted.

Status: offline 		I am so glad that you persisted, that you stayed in the ER instead of just leaving out of frustration or believing that it was something minor as they all thought.It's an awful thing to be so helpless and depending on people that you don't know or don't know that he was being stoic and hiding the reality. I did the same thing and my gallbladder burst inside me. Thankfully your situation turned out well and I bet he recovers in a jiffy. Now you need to collapse a bit so I'm sending you a thought-hug!

I just wanted to update.
 
He is doing great (the fact that he is in great shape- training for the Marines- hasn't hurt his recovery) and the surgeon gave me the word that he will be released from the hospital tomorrow afternoon (Friday). I am so happy and relieved.
 
This has been the week from hell and I don't think I have ever been this tired (not even giving birth to him).
 
And once again, Master has comforted, protected, cared for and calmed me through it all. He is my rock and my redeemer (blasphemy be damned). I don't know if He realized when He claimed me 2 years ago that He was also claiming 3 ums (teens, at that), but He has never faltered or hesitated. His relationships with each of them as individuals continues to grow and blossom just as He has allowed me to blossom in His ownership. I guess I am just publicly thanking Him for adding to their lives almost as much as He has added to mine.
 
He has helped make my damaged family whole and healthy. And now Jacob is coming home. And we are all stronger than ever.
