You know as well as anyone else the interest is not only health driven. Soy is used as fillers in so many items on the market today. To the point soy has risen so high any farmer would be ignorant not to plant it this year. Last year was corn for ethanol...this year they have to go back to soy..for the ground and their pocketbooks.
Soy mimicks estrogen in a females body. It is very good, better than any pharmaceutical grade hormone on the market. Miss Morrigan may have a point with the male breasts but of course further research will have to be done by the cow industry.
