ORIGINAL: Marc2b Oh, I love technology too (especially the one that allows me to communicate with my fellow perverts around the world and download their photos for whack off material). I just don’t want people bugging me when I don’t want to be bugged (like when I’m whacking off). Our rotary phone was that sickly puke green color – I don’t know what my parents saw in that but, then again, this was the age of leisure suits and Formica counter tops. The legacy of the rotary phone lives on, however – we still use the word dial as a synonym for call. And see, people calling my phone feels more intrusive to me than sending a text message! I rarely answer it. I'll talk when I feel like talking, or when I can talk. I have no qualms about letting calls go to voicemail, and even not checking my voicemail all day. A received text message doesn't mean I have to respond to it or even look at it asap. I'm at no one's beck and call except Mr. Wonderful's. :) Yeah I know that green you're talking about. It's baby poop green, haha. Interesting about "dial." People still have "dial up" internet connections, but I don't think they're actually dialing anything, heh.
