does anyone have experience or information in regards to nipple stretching/elongating.
i know of methods for nipples that are pierced. what is helpful for un-pierced nipples?

Breast feeding.
Mine never went back to their original length.
I once heard breast feeding described by a stand-up comedienne as: like having tits superglued to an articulated lorry. Maybe try that then.

A vaccuum pump works well. Or if you have a partner who is somewhat conversant with fire cupping, that would also apply some outward pull to your areolas. But, fire cupping is not as easily controlled.

Breastmilking Pumps work wonders. HOWEVER.... SO that you know you can accidently cause yourself to start lactating again. If this is the desired Method then go for it. If you don't want to have to start wearing breastmilk pads again then I would suggest that you go with an older fashion method of Streching Racks.... Probably the wrong term but I have seen them ita little cone and a clamp that pulls on your nipple and all you do is slowly addjust the length.

Hoep that Helps HOWEVER I think you Should Take Dnomyar up on his offer MUCH FUNNER that way and I think Ray could use a good nipple session.

i could just not resist that last reply, lollllllllllllll

seriously, i use clover clamps, with plexi-glass rod attachetd to T bar with threated metal rod and a vise, the more i twist the vise the more pull on nipples, made it myself, got the idea from extreme restraints

At the local adult store you may find nipple suckers with rings. The rings hold the nipples out and elongated after being sucked out. That may help train them.
