Perhaps you could view this less as your bf acting inappropriately, rather he's...not blowing off steam, but assuming a role he's expected to play in the circumstances.

Were I in your place, I think My attitude would be one of amused tolerance, leading to a perfect opportunity for some lighthearted teasing later on [:)]

I am always amused with these disclaimers.

To address your overall post, actions peak louder than words. It's really that simple. Some males wax poetically about Female Supremacy, but when the rubber hits the road in such a way that is not getting them off, the spirit of the poet is suddenly nowhere to be found.
