It is said that money is the root of all evil. Do You believe this is true, and if so, why? Is something else the root? What is it and why do You think so?

I don't believe in evil, although I'll admit it's a practical word. Wilful ignorance seems to me to be at the root of a lot of bad stuff more than money.
