You would be expected to perform only these duties....no sexual service...no scening...only those duties.  You may lay bricks and tile...but not Her...i guess

No usually it is someone who sees boys and subs as items that give blind devotion. Rarely have I seen this role last for any considerable period of time unless there are other desires being met. That doesn't mean it can't work just that I personally haven't see it yet.

No, i think the deal is you DO NOT GET to wear a french maids outfit while cleaning. Although, if she trusts you enough to give you access to her house, she may not even be there, so, really what does she care what you wear? but if she is there, she probably expects you nice, vanilla work clothes.
