Here is my question: I had severe itching with my first pregnancy. Actually, itching does not do it justice. I felt like i was getting stabbed with a thousand needles, everywhere, all the time. I tried everything i could think of to stop it, humid air, changing all chemicals (laundry deterg, bath soap..etc). The doctors tried rx anti itch creams, as well as the strongest antihistamine i could safely take. Nothing helped. It nearly drove me to the brink of insanity. I was told the itching is not common with pre-eclampsia but it does occur and no one knows why.

I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and if so, are able to offer any advice?
