Noooooooooooo Standard joke in my circle of friends ... "It's called Second Life for a reason, sweety. You still have to bathe in this one." Two of my former roomies are so involved in that thing that they actually call the time they "DJ" in one of the SL clubs as their job.

I hate second life. I move more gracefully in real life that I can make that barbie doll looking SIM move. I'm sure a sadist created it.

I enjoy it. I have both male and female avies there. For me, it is a place where I can explore my feminine side.

You adopted a bad egg with only a day left on it, so no wonder. Mine grew up big and healthy. :) I used to hang out some in SL, but more for the fantasy gaming and the intricately built environments and storylines. Might pop back in at some point.

After downloading it and watching it crash when I try to move for about 2 months, I got sick of the rubbish and uninstalled it. Pointless. It looked good on SKY t.v when they used it once though.

It has come a ways since when you tried it. It has had issues, and some have been resolved. One thing though is it needs a good computer with plenty of memory and a good graphics card. I have few issue with it, but I run a Pent D Dual Core, 2.5 gigs DDR2 RAM, and two Gforce 8600s with 512DDR3 RAM in SLI.
