That is true LE, the poles that are here, ex fighters, they were welcomed. So what is it with the Ghurka, I do hope it is nothing to do with the Raj mentality.

The government we employ seem daily to get it so wrong, they allow people of an unknown status to stay here, yet want to boot out people who would be exemplary citizens.

It is a pity here we cannot sack the useless and dead weight in government

Does it matter? It's all in foreign anyway. (I think it's Gurkhas.)

The films I prefer are those that try to entertain not nauseate.

Oh no! When I were a lad, I had a box of Airfix Nepali soldiers, and the label said Ghurkas, I'm sure of it.

But when I were a lad, all my little soldiers had names and families too. Good thing my Ghurkas didnt mind British names, as I wouldnt have a clue to this day about Nepali names.

All in all, a strange lad, but there you go.

I once asked a friend of mine to ask his Bando instructor this, the old Gurkha's response: "I dont care, I know what you mean."

Also trying to have him as a go between to request I be taught, i've been dying for some proper khukri work.
