My morning ritual is two shots of esspresso w/ sugar, and then a quart of water(16 oz before the shower, 16 oz right after)- that is
my wake up routine-OD

Oops- I forgot this part- I mix up a small glass of emergen-c(powdered vitamin c and b12's etc, lemon-lime flavor) and drink that as I make the espresso and get my dogs fed.
