Not so. Or else all men would be eating high-carb, high-fat diets and going on antipsychotics to get their prolactin up. I've seen two guys (a friend of mine and an acquaintance) that have developed seriously fondl'able tits by that approach, and I'm pretty sure you don't want to be seeing it. They weren't best pleased, to put it mildly.
There's this thing about the Internet: what has been seen, cannot be unseen, no matter how much you want to. The best you can do is to quickly close the window and then either gouge your eyes out in desperation, or surf insane amounts of inane porn to displace it from your mind's eye before the memory has time to consolidate. Even then, it will probably resurface occasionally, in nightmares of the sort that inspired Lovecraft to write the Cthulhu cycles.
