Status: offline 		I have absolutely no idea why, but there is a part of Me at the moment that just wants to be grumpy as hell--I am never found in a bad mood--never--and yet I find yesterday and today, I am keeping My potential grumpimess at bay--life is good, money is good, UM is good, work is good--I  have no earthly reason---but I want to take off someone's head...

Sometimes it's a complete mystery why we feel a need to do so. I have felt the need myself. It was really disturbing to me to have this unreal strong urge to try and beat the shit out of a person with whom I was having some tea with in a little place outside of Ellijay, GA. To this day I do not know why that happened. He was talking about part of his life in LA, and I was listening, but at the same time I had this completely irrational urge to attack him. To this day I do not understand it. I picked myself up and went outside for a walk.  It scared the hell out of me and, to this day, the overwhelming irrationality of it freaks me out. It freaks me out to think that I actually had the notion of doing another person bodily harm for no reason. I am, or at least I declare myself to be, an atheist, but I have declared/begged in prayer that I do no harm.

Ripping peoples' heads off may well constitute a felony in your area.

That would be Limp Bizkit, lol...yeah good choice. Metallica would work well too...i'm thinking along the lines of Don't Tread on Me..

Status: offline 		omg you all, I am crying----here I thought I would get the " put your rose colored glasses back on" speech--and I get heads volunteered and Lady E-- a perfect suggestion as well---actually, I am going to tackle the leaves in the back yard and trans plant some bushes, beating the dirt seeems to help!--lol
 
or I could bury a few heads--head cabbage in the garden--heh its Practical Magic all over again.

Status: offline 		Actually my personal sense of responsibility has never allowed me to play with anyone while in that frame of mind. I've never had a heavy masochist, in my life, though.

I tend to force myself to hard physical activity and meditation to get back on centre when I get moody.

Status: offline 		I too am normally a well adjusted happy person.  But, my life has been so out of control lately that I find myself quick to anger over even the most petty things.

I like yourself find something creative to pour that negative energy into like dancing...crump, hip hop, even some forms of ballroom dancing anger is actually an asset...dance is pure emotion good place for anger to go.

Or I'll hop on my quad or dirt bike and rip the mud up...Gawd! how I love tearing up a fresh field of mud when I'm mad.

Then there are those instances when my anger is justified ...for instance, at a recent munch a man saw fit to shove his hand down my shirt so I asked him to remove it and when he refused I punched him.  While my anger was justified I really do need to find a more creative way of demonstrating it.

...when i feel like this (and everyone does sometimes) i just boot up an online shooter and seriously annoy the wunderkinds by being sneaky and blowing their heads off....... after all, age and treachery beat youth and skill.

Thanks LaM----yes I would never take a boy in that frame of mind---I do think I am off to the stable to chill with My Magick, an awesome appaloosa---he gets Me--lol
