Yea, OP, we all have days like that but, fortunately, nothing is permanent and "it" passes.

Perhaps you just need a good fucking, or something else physical ( walk, run, whatever), or maybe pamper yourself with a visit to a spa, or, hopefully you can express your feelings to someone who cares and get pampered by him/her. Or, maybe just find some music you like and turn the volume up and dance your ass off. It all passes.

Ive had a few days recently where I just dont feel like doing anything....I am blah...Its the weather...I think...its been raining and yucky...and I cant get out into the spring air...which is nice and warm...unless I want to be subjected to freezing cold rain...which I dont...so I sit around moping and feeling yucky.

Then My girl came down this past weekend...we did a session...I felt better for a day or so...and now its right back to where I was...I think its sesonal...honestly.

Giving a horse a good currying down is great for peace of mind.  It's like aromatherapy and meditation all in one!

i know the feeling... i'm absolutely in a rage, and there's no outlet for it. i can't do yardwork because the bugs will have me literally tearing my own skin off. Motorcycle's broke. Gaming computer's broke. i'm broke. Vodka is gone. So i'm just... simmering. Cats'd better behave.

I get that way sometimes.  Usually I just lock myself in my room and get absorbed into a movie or a book until I forget that I'm in a bad mood.

But woe to whoever decides to try and come in to hold a conversation with me... eesh.

Then there are those instances when my anger is justified ...for instance, at a recent munch a man saw fit to shove his hand down my shirt so I asked him to remove it and when he refused I punched him.  While my anger was justified I really do need to find a more creative way of demonstrating it.

Haven

I don't know, I think that was quite fitting myself. I would like to have seen it.

I think kneeing him in the balls would have been even more fitting.

From Louisiana.

My Pawpaw always used fresh heads, not leftover ones. He also used the whole thing, not parts, thank you.

Didn't make it any less disgusting.

He's still very proud of his hogs head cheese......

I have to agree with everyone about Break Stuff... even if you hate Limp Bizkit reading the lyrics aloud will help... I havent tried it yet, but I bet beating someone to the song would be fun...

It's just one of those days
when you don't wanna wake up
everything is fucked
everybody sucks
you don't really know why
but you wanna justify
rippin someones head off
no human contact
and if you interact
your life is on contract
your best bet is to just stay away motherfucker
its just one of those days
{chorus}
its all about the he says she says bullshit
i think you better quit
lettin shit slip
or you'll be leavin with a fat lip
its all about the he says she says bullshit
i think you better quit
talking that shit
its just one of those days
feelin like a freight train
first one to complain
leaves with the blood stain
damn right i'm a maniac*
you better watch your back
cause I'm fuckin up your program
and then your stuck up
you just locked up
next in line to get fucked up
your best bet is to just stay away mother fucker
its just one of those days
{chorus}
its all about the he says she says bullshit
i think you better quit
letting shit slip
or you'll be leavin with a fat lip
its all about the he says she says bullshit
i think you better quit
talking that shit punk
so come and get it
I feel like shit
my suggestion
is to keep your distance
cause right now i'm dangerous
we've all felt like shit
and been treated like shit
all those motherfuckers
that wanna step up
you know i pack a chainsaw
i skin your ass raw
and if my day keeps going this way
i just might break something tonight
pack a chainsaw
i skin your ass raw
and if my day keeps going this way
i just might break something tonight
pack a chainsaw
i skin your ass raw
and if my day keeps going this way
i just might break you fuckin face tonight
gimme something to break(3x)
how bout your fucking face
i hope you know i pack a chainsaw
a chainsaw
a motherfuckin chainsaw
so come and get it
its all about the he says she says bullshit
i think you better quit
that shits slick
or you'll be leavin with a fat lip
its all about the he says she says bullshit
i think you better quit
talking that shit
punk
so come and get it

You have no idea... in the past eight weeks, lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair have been:
A $250 motorcycle helmet
A rear tire ($215) off my main bike, along with the chain and sprockets (probably another $150)
A $200 GPS unit, less than a month old
A $200 LCD computer monitor
A $185 motherboard/CPU combination, barely a year old
A $150 motorcycle cruise control unit, Christmas gift
A $110 weed-eater
A $95 car radio purchased off eBay too long ago to get a refund (finally got a chance to install it... DOA)
An $80 pair of motorcycle gloves (actually just one, but i ain't no damn Michael Jackson)
$60 cash from my wallet
A $50 wireless router
A $30 Bluetooth headset
3 contact lenses
4 prescriptions from a doctor who is on leave for three months (the primary source of my current anger)
This goddamn $30 blender
Electrical system on my chopper is screwed, not sure what that is yet
Hood and front bumper damaged in a hit-and-run on a rental car, not sure what that's going to cost us yet

Then there's little shit that "just" needs to be fixed... everything from needing to re-tap the screw holes on my carry knife to needing to steam-clean the carpet on my truck because the dealership lied to me about the water leak not soaking it... i can't even break something to let off steam because everything's already broke!

However, last i checked, my axe was still in good shape, so if you need some muscle for team Head Cheese, i'm game... i'll just need to have somebody pick me up
