I love that I have just made the most amazing dinner -
Carmellized onion, half a dozen green beans, grape tomatoes (all from the garden) over pasta cooked in a touch of sesame oil, soy sauce and a touch of hot pepper flakes... and some lovely herbs  ohhhhhhhh it's good...

I'd share... but you all are too busy drooling over Lady Hejira's boots.

(which are ALMOST enough to stop me from eating this lovely dinner... but I rarely get the opportunity)...

I love it when I have an amazing week at the office, and when I told my boss that I had no work left on my desk or hers, she asked if I was joking.  I said, "No, I'm not."  She told me that my work the past two weeks has been way on the mark, and she is really impressed.

I love that the cortisone injection my mum had into her spine seems to have reduced some of the pain she has been in.

I love that I found out today that I am actually eligible for unemployment. It's just a blessing in the rain. Long extended roadtrip here I come and I've even considering purchasing one of those around the world tickets. w00t!!!!!

I love it that Knightofmists said that he agreed with a post of mine!  WOW!  That just makes me feel ALL warm and fuzzy.  (I think that he a pretty smart person who seems to have it really togeather!)

I love it that when I came in from work, furchild came running across the house to meet me at the door as if to say "Mommy!  Where ya been?  I missed you!  Dont leave me alone for so long.  Didja bring me anything?  Can I just jump on you and knock you to the floor and cover you in kissies now?  Please?  Please?"  That dog, no matter how mad she makes me when she sneaks nibbles from my dinner when I am not looking, never ceases to make me feel like I am the most special person in the world when I come home. 

I missed that feeling.

Fox and I finally have a wedding website up and running. Anyone who wants to sign our guestbook there let me know in private and I'll give you the link. Too much personal info on there to post here. And EVERYONE sees it, so keep it clean :)

I am hoping to print the guestbook pages and keep them in my memory book afterwards.

I  love it that i received so much support from so many wonderful people here during a potential health crisis. The support and courage has been astounding!! I found out today that what was first thought to be a potentially cancerous tumor was nothing but healthy lymph nodes a wee bit too close together, looking like a mass.

I love it (for now...though it will change in ten minutes) that hubby took the little dude fishing ("Gonna catch a fith, Mommy!!") to give me some down time, but damned if i didn't leave my purse in the back seat of the car.

You are the one that runs around giving support to everyone that you even hear a mention of in passing and you are surprised that people are willing to do the same for you?

Lady. . . we are only so good because of the example YOU give us!

. . . so . . . who will have to clean the "fith?"
