I love it when I reach a goal! All summer, I have been going out on my bicycle, thinking that if I get good enough, I can ride with my friend who competes (she can do like 40 miles in a day). This morning, she came and picked me up, we went out to the Everglades and rode. Riding against the wind on the way back was a bit tough, but I did it. 12.2 miles !!! I am so proud of myself. (now I'll just take some aleve for the pain in my hip and knee.... she is about 12 years younger than me, too.....)

I love that my moods have even out due to sticking to my meds. I love that my skin in looking better in only a week of healthy eating and food journaling. I love that I can look at myself, see the ugly truth and then take steps to chage. I love that my interview went really well. I love that it was the first school that actually wanted to see my massage skills and I got to give the director a massage. I passed that part with flying colors. She said,"amazing"!

Hawaii my favorite dream vacation!!!!! way to go! i love it that there are people here who really care and who are so wonderful, i thank them from the bottom of my heart. kisses to all i also love it that i can call Him at three in the morning tell Him i cant do this (relationship), and somehow He is able to give me virtual prozac, and make me realize that i am special to Him.
