I have a question of my own though. How do I NOT show a photo here? I know there's an option in the account settings area, but it seems to default to showing my picture after a few minutes.

Status: offline 		Go to your edit profile option.  Towards the bottom, you'll see an area to upload a photo.  Hit the browse bar and select a shot that you like.  It usually takes about three days to get a pic approved, and there are certain types of shots that aren't allowed, so chose carefully.  You can also opt to have more than one pic on your profile.

I'm a complete computer twit (people who have come to know Me here are bound to be laughing that I'm giving anyone instructions on anything electronic)  but it really is very simple.  Best wishes.

Status: offline 		Scroll up to the top of THIS screen, click "My Profile" (probably the same for all: http://www.collarchat.com/editprofile.asp ) There are lots of options there, including this one:

My avatar
[ ] Click to choose avatars
[ ] Don't display avatar

There is no way to display a custom avatar, you have to pick from what's available.

Status: offline 		At the upper right of this page, you'll see a link that says "My Profile." That is your posting profile, and you can do several different nifty things like set a "signature" - that stuff below the line that's the same every time you post. When you're done fixing everything to your liking, click on "apply" and every post you've ever made will magically change to those settings. Then click on OK.

I was sure you could use your main profile pic as your avatar. My main profile pic was there until I chose an avatar. So I have to hang my head in shame and say I don't know either.

I'm pretty sure that's automatic...your avatar is your primary display photo on collarme.com, I think. Your current avatar is your display photo.
