It_was_supposed_to_be_1_vial_1_patient.
To_cut_costs_they_would_use_each_vial_multiple_times.

They_also_evidently_did_not_clean_the_procedure_rooms_in_between_patients.

And_of_course_the_40,000_does_not_include_the_partners_or
ex-partners_(who_went_onto_have_other_partners...)of_said_patients.

For-profit medicine. Fuckin' great, ain't it? To save a few cents, and to squeeze out just a little more so the fucks at the top can have their private jets and yachts and mansions, they possibly condemn thousands to an early death.
