It_was_supposed_to_be_1_vial_1_patient. To_cut_costs_they_would_use_each_vial_multiple_times. They_also_evidently_did_not_clean_the_procedure_rooms_in_between_patients. And_of_course_the_40,000_does_not_include_the_partners_or ex-partners_(who_went_onto_have_other_partners...)of_said_patients.
