My Love and I are considering a thread topic. We were wondering if any one would be interested in begining a thread entitled something to the effect of "New Experiments." It would sort of be a sounding board for things we tried in... bed(most likley) how they worked what we thought of them and any notes we may have for how to adjust it for finer tuning next time. 1. Would a thread such as this be well recieved? 2. Would "the community" contribute on a sharing "new and wonderfuls" or would it more likely end up as more of a spankabilia fodder? 3. While we are always looking for "new" things to do, we respect that some limits do not match ours and so, what would be the best approach for creating such a thread? Any ?s, comments or concerns? edited for typos

Why not just start the thread and see what happens or what results it generates but do a search first of the old threads as there may have been one and form it You shall get answers to what You are looking for to.

You just start a thread and people answer. If you are looking for one that is simply devoted to a certain subject, it will stay up regularly if people want to post on it, like the AF thread or some of the fun threads. When you say 'we' I am going to assume you mean the board and not just yourselves and your new ideas - (which would kinda be like a look at us thread). People post about the new things they do all the time - trying to condense it into one single thread won't work. Don't assume that everyone enjoys or belongs to a 'community'. Otherwise your question excludes those people that do not. Wank fodder? Yeah. the.dark.

I thank you both for the replies, the 'community' was quoted to be more inclusive, however, I do see your point. I was trying to connect more with the people who actually post here rather than just perv the dark side... lol I was looking for suggestions on how to begin/open the thread so it didn't become a look at us thread, but more of an educational discussion on more of the details of the "HOW we do w...i..i." I spose in your replies so far, I am guessing that this is not such a viable thread... Searching this, I am not left with a notion there is such a thread, however, if someone would like to post links, I will be more than glad to read more. Also, Is it faux paux to get critisism/advice, on the things that we (actually My Love and I) do from people who have done it and might offer suggestions on how to improve or modify anything we have done more specifically? Is this a topic more suited to a journal on the other side? Or shall we continue our wonderful experimentation in the old fasioned ""try it and see" fumble our way through finding new things" way? We were hoping to find a venue for such input. Any one have suggestions?

If it is more about the things you do - (you as in you and storm) then why not have a blog where people can post? Or design a website. These are far more personal and can be about you. Darcy and I have both of these, combined and seperate and if you want advice on good places, just let us know and we will write you them - You can then place the website or blog in your profiles or on your tagline here. If you start posting regularly on a forum like this about your personal 'things we do' - you will risk alienating people, particularly those who aren't in relationships. It isn't a faux pas to get advice, or even get support for stuff you do, want to do or have done, as least imo, however wanting a thread souly devoted to just the two of you (which is how I am reading your post now) might get peoples backs up - no one else has threads of their own, well, a couple do but those are fun threads and in the random stupidity for a reason. Ego rocks but you need to know how to utilise and use it. If you have an activity you want to discuss, just post a new thread as everyone else does. the.dark.

Again. I will gladly clarify further. It has been pointed out to me, that I confused two seperate sets of "we." We as in My Love and I, had an idea... and "We" as in the people here who post. That the intent of the thread is to have EVERYONE post to it with thier own "NEW Things We Tried"... I Like the sound of that one... I think there it starts.
