Hello curious,
It all depends on how one views a slave or submissive. In my house I have two slave girls. Each girl has her own duties. For instance, rashida is the servant or domestic slave. she washes, cleans, takes care of the house and when all chores are done, she then services my needs whether they are sexual or non-sexual. Then there is bj who is really the sex slave. But she too takes care of chores. Unlike rashida, I will take bj away from her chores so that she can tend to my sexual needs. Both girls do not work, per their choice, not mine. bj does have a craft hobby and come spring and summer she sells her crafts to bring in small wages.
It is often suggested that slaves do not work at all and only submissives do since they are part time in the lifestyle. Part time meaning they go to work, shop, take kids to soccer practice and only when there is privacy does the girl submit. I have never worked this way and have always dealt with slaves. Slaves submit 24/7 365 days a year and there is nothing part time about them.
As pepermint stated, each relationship, each couple has their own variant of submissive slave. Therefore you will always get a different answer. Hope this helps.
