I LOVES my Netflix! I've had good customer service from them the couple of times issues arose, too. If a movie gets lost in the mail, they give you the benefit of the doubt and just mark it "missing" without penalizing you. (Mine finally showed up, not sure where it went). When I very first signed up with a one-week free trial, I think it was, I had some issues with the rural post offices and it took 8 days for my first movie to show up! I wrote and complained, and they apologized and gave me 2 more weeks free. When I lived in extreme southern NJ, it would take 2-3 days for a movie to arrive, and then to return, so I wasn't thrilled with the whole system, but that wasn't Netflix's fault, it was the Post Office's, since mail routed through extra offices before it made it to my house. But since I moved to northern VA, I drop something in a mailbox at 5 p.m., and the next morning, I have an email saying they received it, and the next one is in my mailbox the next day. It's great! I have the 4 at a time plan, and I always have something to watch. I did away with cable tv, now I just watch tv series and movies at night from Netflix. That saves me about $60/month, and screw you, Comcast! How come no one told me what a hilarious show Boston Legal was? lol
