Have your slave sign this if she is somewhat intelligent and not too gross...It is legally binding in every state but Wisconsin.

SLAVE CONTRACT

I, (Name of said sub) If deemed to be palatable will serve
Domiguy till death, sickness, ungodly weight gain, dire need of salve or until your services are no longer required.

X (Sub's signature)

I was listening to a legal show a week ago, and a man was horrified to hear that his contract with a woman wasn't legally valid.  He just couldn't believe that it couldn't force her to get an abortion or keep the secret from his wife. *sigh*

I can see the appeal of a contract as a kind of guideline for the relationship, but please remember that it's not actually legally binding.

Going back to my pre law days before I switched majors.  Generally speaking all contracts are enforceable If both parties agree and it is not illegal act. ie fraud etc.

(just curious)

justme,

Just get burned by a sub that pleaded one way and then changed her mind when she got mad at you. The legal system will throw some light on it for you. Not fool proof but does lend a defense against fem beating / errrrrr domestic violence .

CP

AH ok..
Is this really needed in the USA? Because of the claims and such?
I didn't think it was this serious. That is why I asked it. Thank you for explaining..it has my attention differently now.

salves?
try CVS or walgreens

Yeah, but you'd only need a contract if you bought a train car full if salve.  Or ... an 18-wheeler full of it.
Damn!  That's one hell of a rash :-)

For us, a contract is more of a mental thing.  We know full well we can't legally enforce it.  That isn't our intent.  It really is for us, mentally, to formalize our commitments and demands of each other.

Things to keep in mind when creating a slave contract:

1) Conflict with any existing laws and may lead to fines, arrest, or prosecution of the slave.
2) May cause extreme damage to slave's life, such as losing her job, causing family stress, etc.
3) May cause permanent bodily harm to the slave.
4) May cause psychological trauma to the slave, such as a rape scene for a slave that has been raped in the past.
5) Keep it boring and as business as possible. It does not need to look “sexy, hot, and arousing.”
6) Trim the fat; least amount of words, absolute amount of information. Don’t write a bunch of things you want, but more importantly things “you can’t live without.” The contract is merely a platform. The contract is your bare minimums, it is what is required to be in service to you.
7) Outline the responsibilities of both parties.

Spell check would not have worked as Salve is a word.

And Dyslexia is something that would have kept him from spotting this typo on his own unless he were spell editing but that takes forever for such a simple question.

I understood what he was looking for so did everyone else, wonder why so many like to jump on the superiority band wagon whenever someone shows a little weakness of a simple mistake.

very nicely  written, Steel.

one would assume that the people on CM would be just a little more open to imperfections...God knows there are MANY here that have them!
