Status: offline 		According to published reports Hillary Clinton is now comparing her rival Barrack Obama to Karl Rove.  It seem poor Hillary is mad about some mailing from Obama about her.  Specifically Clinton Universal Health Care Plan that part about her having non member pay for it, deducting from their pay checks.  And her support China being granted most favorable trade status and he support of the NAFTA which her husband while president approved and in her own book stated was a success.  Since her campain she has opposed them.
 
Well, consider all the dirty tricks Hillary has done to Obama, all I got to say is "What goes around, comes around".  Shame on you Hillary.

Status: offline 		if you read her webpage on her campaign she supports fines (which would need some form of enforcement like jail) if ou don't like her health care plan.

Now she'll have to be the Graceful Loser, and might even have to crawl to him and ask for a cabinet position in return for giving him her support--exactly the position she wanted to put Obama in.

Something happens to an Also-Ran; a might-Have-Been; an Almost-Was....!

Status: offline 		If I don't have to see another clip of Hillary with her face scrunched up in some sort of fit, accompanied by her voice rasping like Huey Long with adenoids, I'll be perfectly content.
It makes me think that maybe not all of those stories about her going postal in front of Secret Service and other staff were neo-con lies.

Call me cynical, but if Hillary was VP, I would not be shocked if Obama does not survive his first term.

I'd thought of that, too. I'm sure Obama has, also. If he does put Hillary in his cabinet in return for her support, she'll probably end up in Condi's place as Secretary of State.

What qualifies her as Secretary of State?  Kissinger had a PhD, Madeleine Albright was former ambassador to the UN, Condi has a PhD, etc.

Billary is a politician.

Status: offline 		Hillary isn't mad at Obama. She just wants to win and is now resorting to desperate tatics in an attempt to clinch Texas and Ohio delegate votes.

I wonder which Hillary will show up at the debate in Ohio. The Hillary we seen last Wensday in Texas or the Hillary that appeared yesterday on television? Hillary has the claws but will she use them in round three face to face with Obama?

Well....first it is juris doctor...  'jurist' is generally applied to someone with a high level of experience, such as a a judge or professor of law.
.
Now, go through the Chronicle sometime and read all the announcements that say 'JD not accepted in lieu of PhD'.   Then read up on the requirements to call one's self an MD. 

The fact that the terminal degree in law school is called a JD does not make it the equivalent of anything other than a JD.

Kissenger might have had a Phd but does that make him good, after all the bombing of Cambodia was his strategy and Cambodia was in the American camp at the time! His policy had the US drop more tonnage of bombs than WWII (Pacific) destroyed a country and murdered millions. He is widely recognized around the worl as a war criminal. If the same criteria was applied to him as the Nazis at Nuremburg, he would be hanged.

As an aside, didn't Noam Chomsky point out that all post war American Presidents judged by such criteria would be hanged?

I stand corrected, I was thinking of the JSD, which neither Clinton nor Obama has, and take full responsibility for my typo

I dont think it was a matter of uneducated as much as had a specific set of agenda and acted on it to hell with anything and everything else.

An even bigger problem is a congress that admittedly does not read the greater majority of the bills they pass.

It begs the question "why even have them"?   Just let the president sign everything into law that comes down the horn!
