My partner and I want to dive into the world of enemas and butt plugs. Doing some general research, I would be using regular water and the "elevated hot water bottle and tube" type of enema. Basically, we'd like to get on a regular schedule, where I can give her a enema at a certain time. When she is "cleand out", we'd like to make use of a butt plug, that she can wear for a 24 hour period. What im wondering is, is this possible? Ive read a enema can be done every 24 hours, up to 3 times in one sitting, if nessasary. I would assume that will clean you out good enough, not to need to go for another 24 hour period. Would it be safe to use a butt plug for that period? Also, after the 24 hour period, is another enema needed, or, should she empty herself normally? Any other tips or suggestions, are welcomed! Everyone's body is different, of course, but I wouldn't do this for more than 72 consecutive hours. I've heard too many urban legends/old wives tales to be comfortable going for any longer than 24 hours myself. 1. Those muscles are designed to stay closed. You are prying them open for a long time. I wouldn't do it. 2. I've done/been given enemas from both roles. There are many different-sized bags. Maybe do the "starter" first and finish with the big one? Experiment! 3. Combine the plug with a chastity belt. 4. Too much enema play, too often, may cause your lady to constipate/not be able to poop on a normal schedule. These are just opinions, but I think you might be playing a tad hard. Either way, have fun! Also, those boots are fantastic! Master Ben

Well, chastity is a whole nother fetish for me, but, thats not a road we are traveling down at this point. The enema thing wouldnt happen everyday, i highly doubt, maybe once a week? We do not plan to go full bore 24/7... we will start out slow and work our way up.

I can tell you that enemas should NOT be delivered every 24 hours it is important for the body to function properly there as well. Just like laxitives the body can become dependant on them . The amount of the enema and the type of fluids used will more depend on what her body allows. And at times the stimulation being given as the enema is administered. there are just so many variables with them. As to the plug I detest them and find them painful after a limited time ... I would think 24 hours couldnt be good ... but that is JUST my opinion

mal does enemas on a weekly basis [:)] most times its 2 times a week since i see my mistress 2 times a week [:)] we do lots of anal play ..yes mine [:)] and i love being clean for her so there is no mess once she fists me [:)] have my own 2 qt enema bag and hose and i usually do 2 or 3 bags each time to get really clean for her ..love when she gives them to me ...it adds to my being submissive to her [:)] but most times she wants me ready that way ....24 hours later im back good to go so no problems there at least for me [:)] have fun and enjoy ..mal

ahhh a love of Mine for the boy---I do not recommend the old fashioned enema bags, its too easy to fill too fast and cause internal damage and the sterility factor isn't too successful---I use the disposables, besides one can have those handy and at the ready all the time---heh- be sure if you use these you had warm them, too hot or too cold can cause reactions as well)--in prep it can take up to three administered over a few hours, the last one should be pretty color free and no more urge to push---a butt plug and a nice snug thong work very well. *That does NOT guarantee no bowel action, for as soon as she eats, it will start again--also I add water to their diet as dehydration can occur quickly--* *I only recommend one of these a week--the other option is to take them to a colonic specialist--smiles--that is so sadistic--they get a good healthy cleaning and you get the benefit---[8D]*

It's very healthy and good for the system.. Flushes out all the toxins in the body as well.. Better skin, better health... But you still reap the benefit.. weg

You absolutely should not use a buttplug for 24 hours unless you want to inflict permanent, painful and embarassing damage, not to mention her NEVER letting anyone go there again. Unlike a vagina, the amount of natural lubrication is minimal with ass play, and articifical lube will enventually be absorbed into the tissue. To start with, I'd try a well lubricated butt plug for about 2 hours and see how she tolerates it , working up to, I'd say, around 4 hours at maximum. I'd refer to Ms V's link on enemas, and add don't mess around with anything else but water until you've fully researched it. Wine enemas, while a novelty idea can potentially cause fatal alcohol poisoning. I imagine a coffee (caffeine) enema could also cause undue stress on the heart too, and no matter how funny it may seem to you, a cola enema and then shaking your submissive up, is just plain messy grin Although ass play is fun, remember it is designed to be an exit, not an entrance, so when fucking with nature, be sure to let nature heal her wounds after. She's quite forgiving, but if you push her too hard she can be a bitch.

I have been taking and administering enema's for 15 years. This is my regimine: light lots of aromatic candles about 15 mins before you start gentle colon massage: have your sub lay on the bed or floor and starting at the left side of her lower abdomen, gently massage her colon, this will help loosen anything stuck to her colon wall http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Intestine.png As a precursor, I will also say that I used boiled water for my enema's, Water straight from the tap is iffy in a lot of places. I use peppermint castille soap (the liquid) for the first round. Fill your 2 qt hot water bottle with warm/tepid water then add 1/2 t. of the soap. (add the soap after the water so you don't get all sudsy). The second round I use 1/4 cup of baking soda and 2 qts of warm/tepid water. Third round I use 2 qts clear, warm/tepid water. Then I take an eye dropper or turkey baster and administer 1 T. EVOO to help the natural bacteria start to grow again I do this on a day when I have several hours to flush....sometimes you will retain some and need to flush several hours later. The peppermint soap will give a cooling sensation and help loosen anything stuck to the colon wall. She will experience waves of cramping and they will be intense but nothing that cannot be tolerated. This might also make her very aroused. As others have said every 24 hours is excessive but once a week is fine. I do it once a week to myself. I like to stay clean and as someone said, the toxins are removed from your body and your skin starts to look MUCH HEALTHIER. I have also noticed that I sleep better than I used to. My body is more relaxed because I am never bound up. It can also help you lose weight, stop smoking and other things that you do to your body that might be harmful, removing the toxins removes the cravings. Just remember everything in moderation, no matter how fun it might seem, Moderation is the key to a healthy lifestyle. If you want her to wear a butt plug, plug her while she has the enema solution inside her. It will help her hold it a little longer. 10 mins max though, but watch her body language, and use that as a guage. For the person who said not to use the hot water bottle, there is a clamp that comes with the kit to put on the hose to regulate the water flow....This should be done before inserting the nozzle. For the record, I have also found that using the douche nozzle rather than the enema nozzle makes the water flow more interesting, gives you better sensation and gives you more nozzle to work with.

I should add (thanks for BBBTBW for letting me spot where I wasn't clear) that I'm referring to the length of time a butt plug is used by itself, not after an enema.

well, as far as the enemas go, we do not plan to use any enema solutions or laxitives. The "fleet" enemas and such contain other things in them, we just want to use regular "warm" water. Others are suggesting adding something on the 3rd go around, which we may or may not do. Id say once a week is where id be with this. i did some searching online and on this forum abut how long you can wear a butt plug. 24 hour use was suggested, only if you take it out every 4-6 hours and re lube it. Im figuring this could be done. Ofocurse, i heard it takes a while for butt plugs to naturally stay in someone. We wouldnt be using a very large one, as shes a small gal. We will be doing diaper play, so, having a thong hold it in is kind of hard to do. i am hoping it dosent have too difficult of a time staying in. and yes ofcourse, a lot of lubricant would be used for that.

I can't really tell you much about enemas since I've never experienced one myself, but I have heard they are not to be done that often. As far as butt plugs go...I've wore one for 24 hours and I didn't have any problems. Good luck and have fun!

NEVER NEVER NEVER use just plain water....a SMALL amount of salt needs to be put in the water to prevent the colon from absorbing too much water.

Well, a lot of what people add dont seem healthy or good to put in your rectum, but, how much salt should be added? anything else that should be added that would be helpful?

If I were putting anything up someones ass for 24 hours. I'd consult with my doctor. For example ya know those over the counter nasal sprays? My doc informed me that if you use them for more than 3 days your nose get's addicted to the stuff and the nasal passage will close up making it even harder to breathe. It actually makes your allergys worse if taken 3 days straight. Who knew. BadOne

You will find that many enema enthusiasts will recommend Dr.Bronners because it is pure and organic. Overabundance of anything is harmful but used in moderation, this is a wonderful product for your intended purposes. Just remember with anything, don't knock it until you have researched it....The little suprises you might find might enhance your life.

I have worn large (at least larger than small) buttplugs many times over and about 24 hrs. without any side effects and won't hesitate to do so again, and again... :)
