Status: offline 		Vnus and Hotch are absolutely right. Because both ends of your lead were connected to the sound you got nothing. When doing electricity I think about where I want to cause stimulation. Unless your toy is made to be bipolar(connections for both ends of your lead)  you will always need 2 placements to conduct.And yes each person "feels" it differently,so get feedback. I like to "test" out settings with my sub first,and then use my findings in play later.

FYI...I find surface electrodes feel much different than electrodes put inside the body. So try different combinations of placements/toys. Also remember to turn off the unit BEFORE moving anything!


Playing across the chest (heart) is a No No....any electrical book will tell you that. Better safe than sorry is my motto. Hell there are plenty of bits below the waist to work with...nips are great for clamps NOT for electricity. :-)

Status: offline 		Electricity is lots of fun. As for the language,a bunch of new terms,but once you learn them it all is pretty easy. Damn my UM will swear that I can barely use the DVD remote,but hand me some electrical stim stuff and I am a Whiz! hahaha...if he only knew ;-) Guess it just shows where my interests are!

I think the smart stim site has a glossary of common terms. It is a great site .I can't say enough good things about it.

By far the most evil, sadistic, agonizing and just plain nasty toy in my bag is a pair of electrified bipolar nipple clamps.  Being bipolar, the electricity only crosses the clamp not the chest.  Each clamp is on an isolated circuit and alternates on/off in a 180 deg. phase to each other so there is no "current leakage" from one clamp to the other.  They only need to be tight enough to stay in place, so there is no hope of getting a reprieve every 10 minutes to let the blood circulate.  You’ll rat out your mother if I ask you to while hooked up to those things…Gawd, I love em!

Yep the error in placement was the short path didnt go through the body. So while you do have some electricity going through alternate paths its draaically lower and thus harder to feel.

Placiing the other electrode on a penile ring, patch on the body near the scrotium or even better an anal plug would al work better.
An anal plug and a sound will send the current through the prostrate which is one of the best arrangements for a male to experiance.

All medical sounds are conductive enough. In fact I use medical tools myself with electricty, though I dont insert sounds.
However I know a few personally who do use sounds and there very happy for the most part.
And yeah that wand wont likely be something he would think of as fun :) On the other hand it is spread out over a decent surface area but its a very sensitive area and the spark be good.

Oh and Kat I have some similar niple clamps, though there broken I canalways fix them for you :)

First of all, he’s correct in saying a TENS unit can be played safely above the waist…but knowledge as to HOW is important!  IE:  do not cross leads from one line across the midline.  You’d need a two-line unit (or two unites) to ‘do’ each nipple.
 
Secondly, what Hotch says about how electricity is conducted by the body is on the money.  If you do not understand these things…find someone who does and work with them a while first.
 
As to whether or not women would enjoy sounds…  Well, lemme tell ya:  OMFG,  yes, we can!  The term ‘sound’ comes from ‘depth’ or ‘going deep’ or something like that…and that is exactly what it feels like; being tickled in some erotic spot so deep in your body it’s like nothing you’ve ever felt before.
