Not at all in jest! Very little of what Einstein came up with, from E=mc^2 to the solution to the photoelectric effect (which was, oddly enough, what won him the Nobel prize) were hardly his own orginial ideas. Not to knock him, though; I'm quite fond of the fellow. Just.. that's the way Science goes. You know, I'm really sick right now. It's killing me, and I don't know why I'm so exhausted. So I'm afraid I'll have to duck out of explaining fully what I mean, but I think it's quite beautiful.. how all of this work comes together. To give a quick rant (as I still have a freaking exam to study for), ..okay, a VERY quick rant.. Einstein basically extended one idea (of Planck's, I think?) to ..what was it, electrons? God, my Physics professor would kill me if he could see me in this state.. The idea was of quantization, I think. From there, he used classical Physics to solve for the function, and bam- Nobel prize. I'd get into relativity, but I really feel like I'm dying here. Not to whine, just.. it's really starting to scare me. So, for another time, when I'm not so silly.
