He did put "experts" in quotes. If they were able to produce large numbers of portable X-ray machines at a price shoe stores could afford, that's close enough to be an "expert". In the end, he said: I well remember looking at the bones in my feet when X ray machines were available because "experts" had concluded that X rays were not dangerous He's been able to show that such devices did exist in plenty within the range of his lifetime for the purpose he claimed, and I think it's safe to assume that the people who make a machine can be considered at least quote-unquote "experts" on them. So.. let's give this one to him. :P
