To the OP: My only real objection is to your screen name, (though it isn't really an objection, lol. muddled thoughts;))
Because you have the word Master in your nic, but labeled as a switch, that is going to put some people off. subs and Dominants alike.

Milady, I certainally see your point.  However, I was more Dom when the profile started, and just never bothered creating a new profile simply to cover my preference changes.  Also as stated, I do tend more towards the Dom side, but I wouldn't want to seem to be conceling something when a sub suddenly finds out I have my own sub side, or miss out on a good mistress whom I might find some great play time.

I have a theory about ppl that put master, lord dom goddess maam those types of nicks.  They are so insecure in the position in the kink world that they HAVE to label themselves as such to validate their status to others. Go figure.

I tend to agree with you sir.  The nick is actually a holdover from earlier days, when (sadly but admittedly), I was more pretenous(sp).  The falicies of youth.  But it's there and it's more applicable now, as those whom I've played with and associated with will attest to.  But it is a good point ot make to those starting out in the scene.  Don't assume the title is accurate or earned.

My nick has to do with I will sail on anyones boat that has cold beer and the ability to tell great sea stories.  Just like fishing stories they get biger and better with age.

Sorry, no boat or beer (I much prefer cider or a good honey meed), but I've got some sea stories from my Navy days.

hell I got a boat you bring the beer.  If you ever get this way look me up so we can swap lies errr sea stories.  Not the one in my profile I just sold that one a month or so ago.  The lake levels are so low even with the shorter keel that was installed I still had to be real careful from running aground.

I think your profile is really well written Master Logan Andrews.  Clear details, and some of it definitely personal enough to hook someone's interest.  I would love to hear people's comments on my profile.  Find out what I could add to it or what I really shouldn't be saying.

Well, spelling is an issue, particularly in such a short blurb about yourself.  I'm speaking of the word "maried"... it's "married."

I'm of the opinion that you don't have to put down a response to every single thing on the interest list, unless you feel strongly about it. Too much to wade through. Maybe pick 5 to 10 in each category (likes, loves, lives for, etc.) and leave the rest blank.

And journal entries never hurt.

Dnomyar -> RE: Profile Feedback (2/20/2008 4:11:19 PM)

I have changed my profile countless times. I even got so frustrated that I left it blank once and asked people to fill in the words. In all of the time that I have been on here I have only had one reply to my profile.  I have found that just a basic profile is all you need.  People pay more attention to your pic and where your from more than anything. If you dont have a pic be like everyone else and lie about how you look.

CalifChick -> RE: Profile Feedback (2/20/2008 4:25:02 PM)

Well crap.  Now I have to make up a fake profile just so I can send a love note to Ray on his profile.  And then I have to go change my real profile and whatnot so I can lie about what I look like.

Why didn't anybody tell me these rules before now?? The quest to be weal and twue is so damn arduous.

Thanks Calif.  I had forgotten just how little I put on my profile.
