Twenty years ago I had a friend who routinely set the receiver down without hanging up when telemarketers called, especially at dinnertime. One time the caller was obviously reading from a prepared cript. My friend started out by making interested-sounding noises, and then he set the receiver down and went to finish his supper. Twenty minutes later, when he returned to the phone, the fellow was STILL TALKING! My friend quietly hung up.

Since this is a call coming in on the international phone network (that's all Int Gateway means) I doubt there is a much to be done from a legal aspect. I notice SummerBlossom has been very evasive about what they want, or who they represent which doesn't help us provide solutions. The phone company would be the best place to start for assistance, you'll have to let them know you're getting harrassing calls from an international number and you'd like their help to deal with it. They probably won't be able to, or will charge you for their assistance, phone companies are funny that way.

I'd be cautious of the whistle, or antagonizing the caller too much. You're currently at *their* mercy, don't up the ante. You think 5 calls a day is bad? What'll you do when they call every 5 mintues, all night long? The best advice at this point is to not answer for that caller. Never. Ever. Yeah, I know it's tempting, don't! Eventually they'll stop because they have other people to call and harrass.
