On a side note, Obama and Clinton have refused to say that they would not use presidential signing statements.   McCain has pledged to not use them.

Signing statements are secondary to the replacement of "The Few Good Men" at the Department of Justice with "Loyal Bushies" put into place only for their religious fundamentalism and obedience to The Party...
