I'm not a Registered Democrate nor a Registered Republican. I don't vote or assist the choosing of who a Party wants to nominate to run for a political decsision.

When it's time for the election, I take a look at the canidates and then decide to vote.

I just don't give a damn about Primaries and Deligets.

It depends on the state, in Virginia it is a winner take ALL the delegates situation.

All candidates use the word 'change', Obama more than the other two but he never explains what he means by 'change', neither does Clinton and McCain. The more I watch the primaries on TV, the more surreal it gets as this mythical word 'change' is used more and more without any accompanying policies or explanation of what 'change' means.

So....Can someone tell me what 'change' means for each candidate?

I'm not reading that.  Checking here, and updated today (although it does not give a time) they are pretty even.  I don't think I am reading this wrong. 
Obama has 1052 delegates but only 135 SuperDelegates have committed to him.  His total stands at 1188.
On the other hand, Hillary has only 949 delegates but she has the endorsement of 226 of the superdelegates giving her a current total of 1175.  Of the regular delegates, Obama is ahead by about 100.  Perhaps that is what you mean?
The totals are standing only 13 votes apart, with Hillary slightly behind.  It will be interesting to see if this actually comes down to the Superdelegates.

Thats an awful lot of extra votes (that have nothing to do with the way the little guy is voting) out there and up for grabs, in My opinion.  More than half remain uncommitted at this point. 
Bill has been making phone calls.  One of the undecideds said he enjoyed talking to ex-Prez Bill even though he realized it was just a call to try to get a commitment for Hillary.  I heard it today, but I really can't remember who the Superdelegate in question is.  But word in the media has it he was quite candid and said lots of Superdelegates are getting Clinton calls and no one is hearing from Barak.  Maybe he should get busy! 
Without Michigan and Florida, the candidates need 2024 votes to get the nomination.  If Michigan and Florida are put back into the mix, the number goes to 2207 for a nod.  If I am misinterpreting this info, feel free to correct Me.
As an independant I admit I have not been keeping close track of what states are yet to vote, but it seems pretty damn close to Me!

OH it is ok that actual votes don't count.   That only applies when it goes badly agains the republicans.   When it is the democrats they excluded 2 entire states and it is wonderful.

Now Senator Clinton is playing the part of Senator Ted Kennedy, getting close but no cigar; flavored like Bill's or plain. I hope she stays away from dark bridges in the night while driving home her new campaign manager.

Hmmmm.....the people vote and the candidates get delegates.  The delegates decide who gets to run.  The people vote again and the electors appoint the new president...the electorate gets to think that they elected the appointed president.  Sounds a lot like something Charles Dodgson would write.

He voted in favor of the Bill which would have denied immunity from lawsuits against telecom companies cooperating with the government after 9/11. Before jumping on the privacy bandwagon or civil right of privacy; note that this was immunity from CIVIL suits. Any release of information or phone access is still subject to criminal and Constitutional scrutiny. This was all about money and tying up the telecom companies in long drawn out civil court cases.

Senator Clinton's political savvy came into play - she was absent. If Senator Obama goes up against Senator McCain this minor and, most likely vetoed, bill will be a focus of showing how Senator Obama would tie the hands of those trying to protect the US against future attacks or finding the perpetrators of prior attacks. This won't 'play' in middle America. It didn't even 'play' in the Senate, where the 67 votes against are represented in the majority by Senators up for reelection in their home States.

I wonder if this indicates Senator Obama's confidence or his naiveté.

Status: offline 		As for Hillary, yes she is upset, as reported in the papers she replaced her campaign manager and the assistant campaign manager also quite.  Although there is no report that they were forced out.  It is interesting to note that Hillary is up to her old tricks.  In Texas she is speaking with a Southern drawl "ya 'all".  She is hoping to win Texas.

How can u say it is a win for America no matter what? The way I see it...it is a loss for America no matter what.

Obama, Clinton, and McCain have absolutely no foreign policy experience and they have no experience running a god damn thing.

None of these people are qualified to be president. McCain is a grumpy, angry, old man. Hillary is the most hated woman in the nation. And Obama's warm words with zero substance doesn't hyponize me like he seems to everyone else.

We're screwed no matter who wins this thing....
