Lots of the responses have been somewhat vague. I have experienced it and while everyone is different it sent me over the edge and my Master at the time was quite pleased with my combined reaction. I absolutely love it. As many have said, it does burn and lasts for about 20 minutes. But for me, the burning sensation is wonderful. It's a deep, slow burn that brings me to tears, but it's the good hurt. Now I've also had Icy Hot in my anus and that just burns - hurts like hell and really isn't much fun - at least for me.

There are some tricks or helpful hints that you may or may not want your Top to know . When buying the ginger root it seems the larger chain type stores for the most part do not have the best selection .Instead go to the Asian markets for bigger selections and fresher products .I soak mine for at least an overnite in some water in the fridge sometimes cutting one end . Peel the skin and slightly score the fig your going to use this will give more release points for the juices .One word of caution any tears in the anal tissues or hemeroid presence you may wish to fore go this activity .Some have used lube for insertion this is nice and all and help ease insertion but it also lessons the intensity of the fig by coating and allowing less of the stingy juices diluting them .Personally i have seen to many medical problems dealing with the urethral area and tend to not poke and stick stuff in there as its a tough area to heal and painful if a tear or infection makes it s way in .
