has anyone actually tried eating a fake profile person?  Crunchy, juicy, quite a filling morsel, and calorie free.  Yes, finally, guilt free munching!   They can be hard to catch though, you have to be very tricksy.

All profiles here are bogus. We never use our real names, for one. Indeed most of us don't put up real pictures, I hate to break it to you but I am actually a person and not a peony. Although I do own more pink peony plants than anyone really needs.

However if you're suggesting adding to the mail filters one about geographic distance, it probably isn't a bad idea. Just because so many people don't want a LDR that being able to not get mail from people outside of their parameters would be nice. Unfortunately it's undoable. In the U.S.A., the zip codes would allow easy assessing of distance. But countries without this, such as the U.K., would find it almost impossible to easily and cheaply do so.

Why yes, I'm quite perfectly aware of the feature request. And I'm also quite aware of the ability to hide profiles.
And yes, were all fakes, especially the funny guys and gals. ;) Even the nigerian fake fakes can be quite enjoyable and funny in their own way. On the other hand, maybe there could be more to such an feature than an way to fight spammers and funny guys?
Wonder if some of the funny guys and gals might be able to read the whole post and actually respond to my question? Only time will tell.

Cheers, IXian.

PS. And I do suspect that most of us know this is the Of topic sub-forum, so I hope there will be no need to remind everyone such bloody obvious facts?

Nope that wasn't the question you speak of. I did answer the other one. I'm confused now seeking the other question.

Nice guess, but no cigar.

Cheers, IXian.
PS. If I remember (IMHO) correctly Xian means princess or pretty girl in either Korean or Mandarin.

OP, I'm terribly glad you don't need any help from these nice people. As long as you are perfectly aware of these features, then I know my day is complete. As you are so aware, why don't you do as suggested and USE the features? As for CM facilitating such functions, send them a large cheque and I'm sure they'd be happy to oblige. Personally, I'm happy for what we DO have already, and all for free!!

Remember someones "fake" is someone elses perfect partner. Just because YOU don't approve of someone, it doesn't mean they are "fake".

Ronnie, I got a cigar for ya doll face. Guess where I'm hiding it?
