Find a guy you're really attracted to who wants to have sex 3 or 4 times a day.

I second Aylaa's recomendation. The weight itself doesn't matter. Muscle weighs more than fat.
A combination of healthy eating, a good walking (or running, or swimming plan-any cardio) combined with weight lifting will give you excellent results.
For a kick start, you could try the beginning of the Atkin's plan, Weight Watchers, or going to a diet doctor and getting on a diet pill. (they work)
Good luck to ya!

Mothers may die but they are always with you. Do as she taught and incouraged you to do. Get back in shape for her and yourself.

For the encouragement part, I suggest finding a friend/exercise and diet partner.

Have yourself pushed and encouraged as you and your mom did.

After all, your mother will always be with you. You're all grown up. It's time to put your learning tools to work.

Don't remember your mom in tears, depression, and eating problems. Remember her with your triumphs, joy, and victory. Now is your time to do so. Here's your kick

My best diet trick are number one, go off all sugar and breads and pastas for 2 weeks. Atkins and south beach would call this induction phase of a diet. It is really hard, but when you rid yourselves of the sugar addiction and go through the withdrawals to the other side, what is left is a much smaller appetite with only real hunger and not sugar cravings. Also, stop eating by 6 pm. If you are awake and moving later, you can push this back.

yup I will go with thes one and add that you want to try and eat the majority of your daily carbs, (you need some sugar that you should get from fruit and veggies), so get those carbs in the morning and the fats toward evening.  I ususally eat 1 square of a hershey bar per evening too combine that with even just a little bit of exercize you will drop the pounds like gangbusters.

good luck MH

RealOne! You are visible again!!!

Well so far I am pleased with the kick start--I moved the mini tramp into My bedroom suite--and I do 10  minute bounce  exercises 6 times a day-- I cut My calories in half and watch the mix as you said, yesterday I hit the mix---I am giving up alcohol for Lent--not wine---alcohol----now when I say I cut My calories, trust Me, there are enough to cut and I added tons of water---now I know that these first few are teasers, but it does let Me know the ole bod can still respond to this at least once more--

smiles and thank you all so so much for your support----

Weight Watchers works well.

My brother just lost quite a bit of weight on the NutriSystem diet. If you have the desire to commit to something like that it works wonders. Even if you only do it for a short time it might be the kickstart you need. He lost nearly 150 lbs in a year. It is not cheap, but it costs about the same as you would be spending on groceries anyway when you work it out.
Just a thought.
