OMG !! It's like an orgasmic Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory fantasy.

Godiva should spend as much time developing the quality of their products as they do marketing them ;-)

To HerBoudoir- here, here!

But their marketing needs some help too.  Klimt's the Kiss is a pretty chilling painting- when I saw it in Vienna, I thought that there was a lot of similarity between Klimt's the Kiss and Schiele's Death and the Maiden- Schiele was a bit more direct, but there's an undercurrent of death in the Kiss as well.

I was in Vancouver this time last month, and I went looking for some chocolates for a lady friend.  I had fun tasting, but I settled on Daniel. They had some riesling icewine-filled truffles that were just sublime. Made me start thinking about learning how to make chocolates myself. I already make soaps.

Now, why would anyone want to win that room?  Even if you like chocolate...there would be no way you could eat the room.  Aside from the fact it may not even be edible.
Why are they marketing it only in North America...do they figure we are the only ones stupid enough to fall for it?

Maybe.... because it would be fun to win?I don't think the point is to actually consume the entire room. Personally I think it would be a blast, a decadent night of sex and chocolate. With a bit more chocolate. Does that make me a stupid American? Now I have the song Stupid American by Eddie From Ohio in my head lol.

In the UK we have a chain of chocolate stores called 'Thorntons'. My boy and I were shopping on Christmas eve for presents and we walked into a Thorntons (many handmade chocolates/truffles)... the smell was divine and I didn't actually need to eat it b/c the smell was so strong I could literally taste the chocolate.

I used to live in Geneva: Godiva had a shop there, and their products had NOTHING to do with the pre-packaged stuff we find here in the USA. Does anyone know where to find non-industrial Godiva choccies in the States :-) ? I'm craving for a Cascade

How much is 120CHF in American money?  That's how much it is for a chocolate bath on that website.

I like chocolate, but not enough to bathe in it. I have hard limits  : food play's out.
