Um...i don't think this is the right spot to ask but other than that...all you have to do is look and you can see alot of people do it..besides they have to go through approvals and if it doesn't pass then there's the answer.

i think boobs are a check
but the nether region is a no no (i think)

Boots...probably. Really depends on who is reviewing your profile. If they think it is acceptable. If not...another might.
There really doesn't seem to be any specific TOS here anymore about photo's. I've seen it all and heard everyone complain about not being able to put up this and that.
Which is essentially the same photo as so many others have up.
It's just the luck of the draw.

In my experience - not as a primary picture. You should be able to get a boot picture approved as a secondary picture though.

I believe it would be step up "with the boot", no plates involved.

Try posting; if it's denied, so be it.

I'd point out that sometimes it's a little issue that keeps a profile photo from being approved. I knew my new main photo was walking a thin line; the original shows charlotte's ass pretty seriously bruised up and it was rejected. I photoshopped it up to cover the bruises, and voila; it was allowed.
