I just googled around a bit and found some pics and info. He did not have these bumps as recently as 2006. I truly think they're some sort of vein issue. He was on the list of clients of a steroid pharm which should surprise no one.
i hadnt seen these things on him till yesterday..and never anyone else. i thought for sure i would see them on hogan. or ultimate warrior (one of the best built wrestlers ive seen but short lived). but i dont ever recall that.
