Hello! I have been on the site for quite some time but I have never formally introduced myself.

I am from Southern New Hampshire, where it seems there are no submissive men at all. I've searched and so far no one is real that I have talked to.

So my question is this: how long does it take you to discover one is only playing or is not real in his (or her I guess) intentions?

Welcome up their in the frozen north.
It is very frustrating trying to meet people. Few get past a couple messages, very few get further then that. I have meet a couple real people and they are out there. Just be patient and don't look for someone. Just use the board to make friends and be active posting messages. People will get a feel for you and may be lurking not knowing your are out there. Be active online and at home through munches or other fetish events. Lurking behind a computer is a very difficult way to meet people.

Hey there, welcome!

How long does it take to figure out their intentions? I forget the exact words, or even who said this, but "all you ever know about someone is how they acted during the brief moments we've been around them."

So it can take a while to see through some good disguises.

Hiya Melissa. First of all, welcome to CollarMe, & it's nice to meet you. Secondly, you get to the point where you can tell if a person is real just by the things they say. It becomes very easy to read their words, & see through any bullshit that might be there. LOL And there's a ton of wannabe's here, as well as r/t. I hope you are able to find what you're looking for here, or elsewhere. Good luck to you!

Welcome to collarme, I'm sure you'll find some hott guy to torture.

Regarding your question: If they arent right for you, they just aren't. Dont train and force someone else to be what they aren't because old habits rarely ever die so to speak. i dont think i really need to say more than that.
