Status: offline 		It's snowing....  again!!!

It has probably snowed every 3 or 4 days since I have been here and there was already over a foot of snow on the ground when I moved in.  However, I still get excited like a little kid.  I am not sure how long before that starts wearing off, but I am loving the weather.  And yes, he has already told me that I am nuts.  *g*

Just think, your part of the country gets spring earlier then we do here in Ontario! Though if you really want to see lots of snow, then the three of you should take a trip to my area of the province, we have more then enough. And congratulations on your move and welcome to Canada.

I love snow! Here's a lil' something ALL of you can get involved in, but you may want to show this to Knight, because i am sure He would want to know this for future reference. (if He does not already)

I lived in Michigan most of my life and this was shown to me after a really nice snowfall.

Get a few spray/mist bottles

Get some non-staining food coloring

Get some surgar


Mix all the ingredients together and put into the spray/mist bottles.

Take TWO...yes TWO beautifull women .... naked of course ..... have them go outside and lay in the snow making SNOW ANGELS while you spray the brightly colored bottles of color around them. Once you are done, outline the snow angels that were made with any remaining liquid in the bottles. The coldness will crystalize and glisten.....it looks awesome.

Uhmmm....now that you have 2 naked women........and COLD naked women....... (insert Imagination here) *grinz*

That's cool (pardon the pun).   We're expecting snow tonight too.  I love it, makes for good photography, but some of our hills are a challenge.

Status: offline 		Enjoy the snow.  I do until I have to shovel three times in one day, at that point it gets old.  But I always have a cup of coffee ready for when I come into the house.  I enjoy walking outside in the evening when it's snowing.  The world is somehow quiet and crisp in a way it isn't any other time.

Status: offline 		Vendaval, well the kids have started a snow fort; not sure if they will finish it before spring.

Thank you, bear.  I am sure I will be ready for spring when it gets here.

smilezz, you wicked, wicked girl  *g*  He said that he is glad you only mentioned two naked women and not a naked man. 

proud, our house is built on a slope so having to walk from the front to the back yard is rather treacherous.  I keep sinking.  There are deer tracks along the side of the house, so that was cool to see. 

The snow has stopped for now, but we are expecting more.  Since I have been here, Katy, we have only had light dusting; there hasn't been enough where I have had to shovel any.  I am sure when I have to start that it will get old.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend as much as I am.

Status: offline 		I love snow, I am getting ready to go out and put another level on the Quasi Igloo/ Fire pit I am building in the yard.  The walls are chest high, and I hope to get them up near head level this afternoon, before my party tonight.  This is my second year of really getting into snow scaping my yard.  I am buliding this sort of Igloo/Stonehenge type thing, with a fire pit in the center.  I get huge icecicles also, and stick them in a "fortess of solitude" type sculpture.  And put glow sicks inside it.  I started running the Snowblower like the Lawn mower this year.  And I have dreams, but probably wont get at it this year, of trying to make a snow maker (like at a ski resort) out of a pressure washer, I see a potential business if that works as well as I envision.

Status: offline 		We just hit above freezing for the first time in a couple of week's.  It was nice to have some snow melt off.  We've had snow on the ground for the past 48 days straight.
I still love the snow but it seems to be becomming more of a job than fun.

When you have a good few hundred feet of driveway to plow...then also plowing a path a couple of hundred feet long for the dogs in the backyard. They have very short legs.  Plowing gets old real quick. 
It will be nice to see cement again..and grass at some point in time.

Status: offline 		Well, it stopped snowing yesterday and then the wind picked up.  When I woke up this morning it was -27 C (-16.6 F) and it is lightly snowing again.

Brrrr...  to cold for naked snow angels  *g*

Status: offline 		It snowed this morning.  I bought a new winter coat (75% off) on Friday, this may be a day to put on some boots and the new coat and celebrate the weather.
