Maybe she started it up, cuz she wanted to see if she could start a rip roaring fake flame thread?????? (Must be bored tonight)

edited to try to show suprise...there are fakes on the internet? there are men posing as women, and women posing as men? Dayum, glad I found out in time.

So what's the difference between a transvestite and a 'man posing as a woman'?

I see a difference here, but do others? I'm just curious I guess.

well since the intent of the OP seems to have been derailed (and yes the post was completely out of line, because you think someone's fake gives you the right to smear it across the internet? i think personally think...never mind) i might as well respond...it's my understanding that a transvestite falls under the transsexual spectrum, but the extremely mild end. transvestites cross dress for some level of sexual or emotional fullfilment but *may* not see themselves as that sex, but they *may* as well (i honestly am not that strong on this end of the spectrum  if  i'm completely off base someone please correct me) whereas transgendered and transexual individuals actually see themselves as having been assigned the wrong gender.

that being said, a man posing as a woman is just that, someone coming across as something they're not deliberately. they don't see themselves as a woman they're just saying they are.

Yes, actually. I have every reasonable right to speak about someone in completely anonymous terms on a message board.

Laurel was off base when she criticized me for using her profile name. I never used it. I made a profile name up so I didn't have to call her out specifically.

That's actually completely appropriate behavior.

The people who got their panties in a bunch over this thread basically admitted that it's because they hold a grudge over something said in an unrelated previous thread.

I don't know why it's hard to understand that I would be concerned about someone lying to me and saying they are female when they are not. I want an honest person.

have you actually asked them if they are trans? because if they are MTF then they ARE female.

and besides have you actually messaged this person and ASKED about this situation?

I’ve got this fake credit card from my junk mail. I’m wondering if I can buy stuff with it but I’m doubtful as it says “This is not a credit card” on the back in big bold text. Also just in case I was unsure as to if 4775 0000 0000 0000 is a valid credit card number or not it also has void written continuously all over it. I’m sick of these banks getting my hopes up by sending me fake credit cards and cheques.

Stella, I see a big difference, one is honest and one is not.  I meant a biological man on the internet saying he is a woman to get another woman to confide in him and wank off to her words.

yeah i agree the main emphasis here is honesty--i guess i'm just sensitive to this because so many of my friends are closeted FTM. if they are presenting as transvestite/trans then it's honesty, even if it's not told to you up front (which may or may not open up a whole new can of worms on this thread i'm not sure). if it's someone doing it for some sort of personal gain it's not.

I got my panties in a bunch and I have no grudges against you.  You say you want an  honest person, but yet you lead this girl on ( no matter whether or not you said her name, intent is intent on YOUR part) and now that she may possibly meet your "master" you are trying to find things wrong with her.  You say you have played online with her, not us, and we are asking if online what does it matter?  You say you want an honest person but you are not honest with her.  Excuse me, but as far as innappropriate behavior, I think you have that spot totally covered.

I am SO sorry Kalista! I completely forgot about that oath I made to my groupies. If you read my other thread about what happened yesterday, you can forgive this faux pas, I was a bit distracted.

But...I did manage to regroup and post my comment on post 12; so I am getting back to my usual self, slowly but surely.

Far be it for me to disappoint a fan!!

"Bows head in shame"....

Kali, I don't know WHAT came over me, perhaps my hormones were out of whack or I became possessed by an incubus last night (no, that would have made me horny not needy, right?)

I will try my utmost not to demonstrate any more heartfelt and twue feelings anymore, 'k?

Wouldn't want to destroy my ephemeral collarme reputation.

Having cyber sex with someone is leading them on?

I think not. There is no indication that I led this person on. She doesn't want to relocate for me and I'm not relocating for her, so the possibility of a relationship has always been a non issue.

But now Master says he would like to meet her for fun. But even besides that, i'm thinking that this lady is either a man posing as a woman or a trans. A transperson wouldn't actually bother me (I love T girls) but I kind of wish she'd be upfront about it. Thus far she has done everything to give me the impression that she is a born female although technically perhaps she is just carefully getting around telling me.

Hey kitttty...how about trying this?  Next time you talk to her, ask ~her~ if she was born a female.  Sure, you might hurt her feelings- but nowhere near as much as if she runs across this thread.  Which I'd wager is partly why folks are not feeling warm and fuzzy about you right now.  Instead of communicating with the person in question from the beginning, you instead decided to post about it on a message board to a bunch of people that can't possibly tell you if the individual is female or not.  Only one person can answer that- and yet, you have not come right out and asked...

Unless it is because you enjoy speculating about a stranger online.. I can't figure out why you simply haven't asked this person what you want to know.
