Yes i understand that as i am deepeming a friendship with a Dom who has begun to submit to me. He has an edge, and it's a fascinating dimension within his submission, which i have not experienced with pure;y submissive men. i think it is an instinct i have, an intuition of his power of domination. There are no indications that he is using his desire to submit in order to top me and i respect and love his submissive far too much to sontemplaye there ever being any friction or jealosy about our respectives roles.
Phew i am so blessed i have a Master who allows and encourages me this.....

I've always considered myself to be a Switch.

In my non-romantic relations, people believe that I am a Domme. I am usually in charge - directly or indirectly - of the situation that I am in. If anyone attempts to give me an order, and it's not worded politely, they are met with a raised eyebrow and a pause ((even my boss, which is hilarious since he always caves).

In my romantic-relations, I am the submissive. I live and breathe to please my partner. However, when push comes to shove and the chips are down, I can take charge and run things until my partner is back on his feet (for example, in the event of an injury, or death, or just anything that has my partner not feeling himself). I feel most comfortable serving my partner, not in taking charge.

I am atempting to learn as a sub. There is not much of a market for untrained Masters.
Any "Dom" that says they are a BDSM Dom because they are a type A personality is just arrogant and could end up really hurting someone, not in a nice way.

I personally react to the other automatically if we click.
If someone is a Domme I am submissive. If the person is submissive I react as a Dominant personality.

I need two things,
Training, as I am still relativly new.
And a person whom will accept me as I am, knowing I can be molded/trained.

There are options such as:
1) the switches you've noticed come here primarily to ATTRACT a particular orientation, but want to be honest about being a switch
2) You NOTICE particular profiles more than others because of your own orientation

However, many switches are not just 50/50. Like bisexuality, it's not just half the time you are X orientation and the other half you are Y. It's all about how you work in that particular relationship with that particular person.

Ty laurel. I have found this to be true in most of the switches I've met or dated. Often they do have a primary role.

Sorry i did not read the 2 pages of comments so this may have been said . Yes i'm in your catagory ...switch that is more sub then dom . I don't know why it is and i agree with some of the posts i have read we all have our primary role . For me i rarley switch with the same partner and seeing that i have been with the same partner for so long i think i would have some difficultys doing the dom role again . That desire never left it has just been dormant for so long it may take a little to wake it up . The mind set is sill there and the daydreaming now and then still happens but i don't get to act on this very often (like never) so before i ramble on for ever and skirt around the point.....I think we should/could classify our selfs as a dom switch,sub switch or for lack of a better term a true switch . Well as drawn out as it was thats my 2 cents( Ps .....Titles just suck , tell me i can kiss your feet or bend over the table ....i'll figure out what ya want from there )
